Televisits:
During this uncertain time, we would like to provide
you with the medical care you need without any health
risk from the comfort of your home via Televisit.
If you have previously signed up for the patient portal,
you will use the username and password given to you to
communicate with the doctor. You can sign in to the
patient portal by using the link to the left.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PORTAL ACCOUNT, PLEASE CALL THE
OFFICE AT (727) 863-7487 TO SIGN UP.

Starting April 1st, 2020, we will be scheduling
Televisit appointments.
- 1. Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive
an email notification showing your Televisit appointment
date and time.
- 2. The office will call to confirm your Televisit
appointment and to verify your insurances.
- 3. The day of your appointment, office will call you
about 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to
remind you to check-in and to collect your copayments
and deductibles using your credit card or debit card.
- 4. When the Televisit is completed, office will call you
to schedule a follow-up visit.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO TELEVISIT, BOTH REQUIRES USERNAME
AND PASSWORD.
- 1. TELEVISIT USING YOUR LAPTOP:
- a. If you would like to use your laptop for Televisit,
make sure to complete the compatibility check (for Sound
& Video) before your appointment time.
- b. After you have performed the compatibility check, you
will need to click the link in your email about 15
minutes before your appointment time to check-in and
wait for doctor to become available to start the
Televisit with you.
- 2. TELEVISIT USING HEALOW APP:
- a. Download the Healow app from the Apple or Google App store using the links below.
- b. Enter our practice code DBCABA.
- c. Enter your portal username and password to log on.
- d. Create a PIN to securely access your records.
- e. You should see your appointment now.
