Office Policies


Thank you for choosing our practice!

Our well-qualified and experienced physicians and friendly staff is committed to the success of your medical treatment and care. Your clear understanding of our practice policies is important in providing you with the best possible care.

Office Hours and Appointments

Patients are seen by appointments only. Our Hudson office appointment hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Our New Port Richey office appointment hours are Wednesday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Appointments can be made by calling (727) 863 - 7487 on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Our established patients can request to schedule an appointment using our Patient Portal.

Routine appointments in 2 to 3 days.  Emergency patients will either be seen in that days office schedule or requested to go to an emergency room depending on the nature of their emergency.

For emergency only, you can reach our doctor after hours or on weekends by calling (727) 863 - 7487.


If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask you to provide us with at least 24 hours notice, so that this time may be given to another patient.

Appointment not cancelled or cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurances, Fees and Payments

We accept Medicare and most insurance plans. If you have an HMO or a PPO plan, please request an authorization or a referral from your primary care doctor to bring to us.

We bill your primary insurance and your secondary insurance.

Most plans require the patient to pay a co-pay or a percentage of each office visit along with a yearly deductible. Our practice policy requires your share of payment at the time of service to keep the cost of billing to a minimum.

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, and most major credit cards ($10 min.). We also offer a payment plan for patients experiencing financial hardship. Payment for the outstanding balance is due within 30 days from the statement date.

Prescription refills may be requested during office hours but we encourage you to call your pharmacy directly.

Please allow at least 3 working days to process your refill request.

Our doctor may not authorize your refill if you have not been seen within the last 6 months or you are overdue for your follow-up appointment.
